Kundalini Yoga is designed to boost our energy levels, clear our
chakras (energy centres) and promote a deep sense of wellbeing.
Each class incorporates a dynamic blend of exercises (kriya),
pranayama (breath work), stretching, relaxation and guided meditations that often utilise mudra (hand position) and mantra (chanting).
We exercise to uplifting mantra music, which helps us to generate and
maintain the flow of movement and breath.
Students work to their own capacity and so each class is suitable for
beginners. All welcome.
Please bring a mat, blanket, cushion and
water.
£7 drop-in, £30 for 5 class flexi-pass, £40 block of 8
classes
